Jet Stream Media is a video production agency. For a video company the reel is the pitch, so the site had to put the work first.

Solution

A bold, type-led site with the portfolio up front: brand videos, documentaries, commercials and social reels, plus client testimonials and the brands they have worked with.

Process

We organised years of client work into a browsable portfolio, then built the service pages and contact flow around it.

answered straight.

How long does it take?

Usually the same day. You answer a few plain questions, watch your site come together, and ask for changes as you go. Once you approve it, it is online right away, and your own domain is connected within a business day.

What is the difference between Standard and Pro?

Standard covers a site with two kinds of content, like services and a blog, plus a few changes a month. Pro allows up to ten, about three times the monthly changes, redirects from your old site's links, and same-day priority.

I already have a website. What happens to it?

Give us the address and we bring your words, photos, services and reviews into your new design. On Pro, your old page links redirect to the new pages so you keep your search rankings.

How do changes work after launch?

Tell us what you want changed, in plain words, from your dashboard, and it gets done. Every plan includes a set amount of changes each month. If you use them up, new requests are saved and done at the start of the next month.

Can I pay yearly, or cancel?

Yes. There is no contract. Pay monthly, or pay yearly and get two months free. Cancel from your dashboard and your plan stops at the end of the billing period.

What does the $297 build fee cover?

Building your site from the design you pick: moving or writing your content, adding your photos and colours, and changes until you are happy. It is paid once. Some premium designs add a one-time licence from their designer, shown before you choose.
